Infrastructure on your terms
Our roadmap supports the full spectrum of deployment models - from powered shell for hyperscalers that want full control, to fully managed GPU cloud for teams that just want to run workloads.

Whether you're a cloud provider, AI company, enterprise or miner, you can choose how much of the stack you own and how much you want us to run for you.

Data Twin
Operational intelligence for power-backed campuses, coming in 2026
Data Twin is our software layer for data centers and power plants, built to cut energy costs, improve resilience and create a path to a full digital twin using a phased, low-risk approach.
We start by unifying telemetry from power, cooling, IT and environment into a single data model and baseline dashboards.

On top of this, we deploy lightweight optimisation modules that run in advisory mode first, showing savings before anything is automated.
data-twin
With 12-24 months of real data, this evolves into Data Twin v1: an operational digital twin that simulates thermal/energy behavior, safely tests new control strategies, and supports CAPEX decisions.
Cooling & Energy Optimization
Cooling & Energy Optimization
Tune cooling and overhead energy by linking IT load, outside weather and HVAC setpoints, typically improving PUE by a few percentage points and saving millions per year on large sites.
Workload Scheduling
Workload Scheduling
Align flexible workloads with cheaper power, distinguishing real-time vs batch/train jobs and proposing schedules that shift non-critical work into lower-cost windows.
Incident Correlation
Incident Correlation
Correlate incidents across power, OT/BMS and IT, so operators see one coherent incident timeline instead of three silos, reducing critical events, downtime and MTTR.
corner-arrow
Over time, Data Twin can extend across sites and generation assets for portfolio-level optimization.

Alberta
1GW+ of IT capacity
Alberta is on the right track by positioning project regions as AI "creators", not just consumers.
As technology advances, Alberta is striving to be a partner for frontline AI development - ensuring it reaps economic rewards from AI innovation while influencing the values, safety, and governance of future AI systems.
Regions that invest in AI infrastructure will enjoy benefits such as accelerated economic growth, the revitalization of former industrial areas, and ownership of critical strategic assets.
This is the foundation of every Data District project.
Ethics & Code of Conduct
Trust is the foundation of every partnership we build.
Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct sets out the standards that guide our decisions, relationships, and day-to-day operations, ensuring responsible, compliant, and fair business practices across all our projects. It explains the behaviors we expect from ourselves and our partners.
